What We Do?

We provide enterprise grade on-premise and cloud based server solutions to small and medium sized businesses who need to securely manage information, data and communications both internally and over the Internet saving time and money through increased utilisation and performance.

Server Solutions
All of our server solutions are virtualised using VMware with each server hosting a Unix firewall security virtual server. This provides corporate grade firewall security, network proxy filtering, smtp gateway and unlimited VPN server, all license free. We use only enterprise grade Intel hardware listed on the VMware compatability lists and recommend our own custom built for purpose servers but are happy to work with vendor hardware if you prefer to pay the extra for the brandname on the same internal hardware.

Collaboration Solutions
Email is an essential business tool but collaboration solutions include calendar integration and sharing, tasks and document management, instant messaging and even VOIP integration. Small Business Server is finished with Microsoft forcing users onto the cloud being their new priority like it or lump it. At the moment, Exchange is still an excellent on premise solution but will have an increased initial purchase cost. Hosted Exchange is a perfect solution for small businesses who do not have a sufficient on premise server but may prove costly for larger numbers of mailboxes. Zimbra collaboration server is an open source web based solution to rival Exchange and at a small cost has Outlook plugins allowing it to integrate with Microsoft Office.

Business Solutions
Virtualisation means additional servers can be added as required unlocking the potential from open source as well as commercial software. We also have our own application framework available both on-premise and on our own hosted cloud application servers which has a wide range of functions which can be custom tailored to suit your business specific requirements.

Communications Solutions
We can provide a full range of voice and data communications, from BT wholesale leased line ethernet, fibre DSL and broadband to hosted telephony and SIP trunk solutions with extremely competative call plan offerings which should slash your telephony bills.

Cloud Hosted Solutions
Some services are best hosted off premises including email filtering security, backup and file management to secure data centres. We use web sense for corporate level email security and Infrascale for secure backup, image streaming and secure file collaboration (a secure version of dropbox for business).
