• Contract support is provided at reduced rates in return for fixed monthly payments. The more hours required, the lower the hourly rate.
  
  
• Example
  A four hours per month contract will cost £100 exc. VAT per month and provide full remote, telephone and on site support from experienced professionals in 15 minute blocks.
  This could be 16 different remote support sessions, or a single 4 hour on site visit.
• Call out travel expenses are FREE within the local Craigavon, Portadown and Lurgan areas , £25 up to 35 mile radius and 0.45p per mile over 35 miles..
  
  

• Email and telephone support is FREE. Every first remote support session is FREE.
  
  
• Remote and On Site IT Support is provided by qualified field engineers and costs £50 per hour exc. VAT.
  
  
• The minimum support provided is 1 hour, so a call out to change a server hard drive may take 15 minutes but will be charged at 1 hour.
  
  
• Over 1 hour, support is in 30 minutes blocks so 45 minutes would be charged at 1.5 hours.
  
  
• Call out travel expenses are £10 within the local Craigavon, Portadown and Lurgan areas and £25 up to 35 mile radius.
  
  

• Whether your computer has been infected with a virus or overrun with spyware and is slow and difficult to use, or simply will no longer start whatsoever.
• We have the tools and expertise to backup your vital data, format and restore your computer to factory state and recover your data.
• We will also install all drivers, any application software, security updates and anti virus software, run an initial analysis and full virus scan before configuring and optimising your Windows desktop.

• We will manually remove unwanted software and spyware without the need for performance slowing software.
• We will performance optimise your computer removing unwanted programs from startup, remove unnessary files freeing up disk space and increasing performance.
• We will ensure the latest drivers are installed and BIOS settings configured to suit your hardware
• We will ensure all security updates needed are installed and that the best anti virus software for your computers specification is installed and suitablt configured to maintain performance.
