With monthly support contract you have peace of mind that should something go wrong with your IT, expert help is on hand.
Our engineers will have remote access to your servers and often can resolve issues over the Internet. As we are familiar with our contract customers' networks, where Internet access is lost or servers are not responding, we may be able to provide simple instructions to get things working again via telephone.
Should this be unsuccessful then our service engineers will arrive on-site and carry out any necessary repairs.

Emergency IT Support

If you currently don't have any contract IT support and run into problems, depending on the extent of the issue we can often provide emergency cover to assist.

This is a much more risky approach has if you have not been performing regular backups or have adequate network security then data loss and business disruption may be unavoidable. We do have hard drive raw data recovery capability but there is no guarantee data can be restored.

Response times will depend on staff availability as contract clients with Service Level Agreements will be given priority.
